The show goes on(line)

As the COVID-19 outbreak continues to develop, we are writing to provide information about the developments of the SAACI Tshwane Branch AGM, scheduled for 1 April 2020.

We will always treat the health and safety of our members and stakeholders as our number one priority and will follow official health and travel advice and the advice of governmental bodies.

In terms of the statement by the President of South Africa on 15 March, in which several restrictions have been announced, the Branch Committee acknowledges the plan that has been unveiled and we are following these developments closely.

Considering this rapidly evolving environment and the government’s guidelines for mass gatherings, we have taken a call to proceed with our AGM on 1 April, but will do so online via Zoom Meetings, considering the health and well-being of our attendees.

So, what needs to happen next?

  1. Register your attendance, by Tuesday 31 March, by clicking on this link: REGISTER
  2. Put forward your nomination(s) for new committee members, by Thursday 26 March
    1. Download committee member nomination form
  3. Vote for the Committee Members by Tuesday 31 March (link for voting will be sent out by close of business on Thursday 26 March)
