    Terms & Conditions


    • All sponsorship arrangements are made through and with SAACI.
    • Submitting a booking form indicates your sponsorship commitment.
    • Approval confirmation is at the discretion of the congress committee.
    • Payment is due within 14 days of receiving the invoice.
    • Cancellation Policy:
      • Cancellation 60 or more days before the event incurs a 25% charge.
      • Cancellation within 0-59 days prior to the event results in a 100% charge.
      • All cancellations must be in writing to congress@saaci.org
    • The congress committee or its staff/volunteers are not liable for any sponsor losses, damages, or theft.
    • Payments are to be made directly to SAACI.
    • Sponsors may need to provide relevant insurance copies, including public liability.
