All sponsorship arrangements are made through and with SAACI.
Submitting a booking form indicates your sponsorship commitment.
Approval confirmation is at the discretion of the congress committee.
Payment is due within 14 days of receiving the invoice.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation 60 or more days before the event incurs a 25% charge.
- Cancellation within 0-59 days prior to the event results in a 100% charge.
- All cancellations must be in writing to congress@saaci.org
The congress committee or its staff/volunteers are not liable for any sponsor losses, damages, or theft.
Payments are to be made directly to SAACI.
Sponsors may need to provide relevant insurance copies, including public liability.
