As we watched the return of spectators to a sports stadium earlier this week, we now look forward to the return of delegates, visitors, and exhibitors in the coming months.
With the goodwill and optimism building within our industry, we look forward to more connectivity between buyers, suppliers and the many stakeholders that have not been able to connect in-person, so that we can build confidence in our economy.
The Associations’ efforts over the past 19 months to get to this point, may have had several challenges, but we could never have done it without our members, our partners and our stakeholders who too have been with us every step of the way.
As we go to the National Annual General Meeting of the Association on Monday, 18 October 2021, we will not only reflect on the past year, but also prepare for the coming year.
2022 is the year that will see the Association celebrate 35 years in existence.
We call on all of you, present, past, and future members to prepare for a year of appreciation for your Association. The men and women who served and those that had the foresight to gift us this important Business Events Association for our country.
