The 4th Meet Stellenbosch business event, is an initiative by Visit Stellenbosch and the Stellenbosch University Central Events and Conferencing Office in partnership with Cape Town & Western Cape Convention Bureau, powered by ​Wesgro.

The 2025 theme, “The Empathy Edge: Human-Centric Events, Association Membership, and Academic Excellence,” focuses on exploring innovative ways to prioritise empathy and inclusivity in event planning, membership engagement, and academic collaboration.
