The Destination Growth Hub is a SATSA​-led tourism development programme, in partnership with the KwaZulu-Natal Tourism and Film Authority​, designed to help emerging businesses grow stronger, smarter, and more sustainably, with a clear focus on market access.

This isn’t just training — it’s a springboard to trade. Selected participants will gain practical business skills, receive personal growth support, and have direct exposure to tourism markets through curated buyer introductions, enhanced marketing visibility, and industry networking opportunities.

The programme blends in-person workshops, online sessions, mentorship, coaching, and peer learning across three pillars: business development, leadership, and sustainable product growth. Topics include pricing, compliance, digital marketing, and trade readiness — with a strong focus on practical, real-world application.

Participants will also benefit from a 4-day Industry Immersion with an established operator and receive SATSA Growth Affiliate status for 12 months — opening doors to continued support, market access, and exposure.
